Assetti Performance is a supercar performance centre in the northwest who are an authorised XPEL and Gyeon dealers. A purpose built 15,000sq ft state of the art facility which caters for supercar owners needs for detailing, paint protection & much more. We as a team of people are passionate about cars.
We are currently hiring for the role of vinyl wrapper/paint protection film installer to join our established and busy team of installers.
This role is varied and would suit an already established wrapper looking to join a solid team and build on their existing skillset in a fast paced, exciting business. The ideal candidate is someone who already has an understanding of vinyl/ppf and is keen to further their skillset.
The role
- Application of PPF on high value vehicles - Further training can be provided for PPF
- Apply vinyl/PPF to a flawless finish in a timely manner
- Confident with stripping & rebuilding parts to a high standard
- Vinyl wrapping of high value vehicles & parts where needed
- Cutting of patterns and templates via a computer system and a plotter
- Manipulation of existing patterns to maximise coverage on a job by job basis
- Movement of high value cars in/around the workshop and PPF bay areas
- Assist with general housekeeping duties in the PPF bays, ensuring cleanliness is always maintained
What we are looking for
- At least one years of previous fitting experience with vinyl/PPF
- A good existing knowledge of techniques, tools and practices
- Excellent time keeping skills and an attention to detail, with a can-do work ethic
- Great team working, lone working and communication skills
- An individual who is passionate about cars & all things automotive.
- Full UK driving licence essential
This is a full time role with excellent rates of pay for the right candidate. Based in a great facility which is rapidly expanding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
