Telesales & Administration Role (Part time)
Location: Worcester - WR2 4BS
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Contract: Annualised Contract (1,144 hours total).
Flexes with the seasons: 70% of hours worked April–October (ice cream season!) - 5 days per week.
30% Worked October–April - 1 to 2 days per week.
Annual leave - 16 days inclusive of Bank holidays (double pay on bank holidays)

The Role Overview
No two days are the same on the farm! Your primary mission is to keep our loyal customers stocked and happy during our busy summer months. You will act as the friendly voice of our brand via phone and email, while also keeping our office running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Sales: Call regular clients daily to gather orders and build great relationships.
- Order Management: Manage the inbox and accurately input orders into our system.
- Sales Admin: Handle invoicing, filing, and issuing credit notes.
- Teamwork: Flag any issues quickly to management and support the accounts team.
What We’re Looking For
Mandatory Requirements:
- A confident, warm, and friendly phone manner.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for sales.
Your Profile:
- The Essentials: Previous experience in telesales or customer-facing roles.
- Tech Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and a quick learner with order processing software.
- The Vibe: A resilient, "right-first-time" mindset with a can-do attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have great attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Ready to lean in when the sun shines! (e.g., ad-hoc extra hours if a heatwave hits).
