Patterson Oil is a well-established, family-run business with over 30 years of experience in fuel distribution. We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to join our team based in Ellesmere Port (CH65 4LT), loading out of Stanlow.
This role involves delivering heating oil to both domestic and commercial customers, with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive an HGV oil tanker in compliance with all safety and road regulations
- Load and unload oil via delivery hose safely and accurately
- Complete pre-trip inspections and report any issues
- Plan efficient routes and maintain delivery schedules
- Record accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate with the transport office about any delays or concerns
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained
Requirements:
- HGV Class 2 Licence (Category C)
- Valid ADR Certificate (Class 3 – Flammable Liquids)
- Valid CPC qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
