We are opeing a new brunch and brasserie style venue in Upton-Upon-Severn and are looking for smart, dedicated and hard working individuals to join our team!
This brand new venue will be serving the best brunch menu for miles around using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Accompanying this will be Cheese & Charcuterie boards with a great range of Wine, Beer & Cocktails to satisfy all tastes. We will also be serving excellent Teas & Coffees too.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Serve drinks and meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Upsell menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including daily specials and dietary options
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, providing prompt assistance or recommendations as needed
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food preparation, serving, and handling processes
- Make a wide range or warm drinks and cocktails. Full training will be given.
- Help ensure the venue is kept clean & tidy at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
