Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packer to join our team. As a Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packed and prepared for shipment in an efficient and accurate manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pack products according to specified guidelines and standards
- Work on a conveyor belt system
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of packed items
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and replenishment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is preferred
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or similar software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to meet productivity goals
- Previous experience with conveyor system
