Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within private residences or commercial premises, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Duties
- Clean and sanitise all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces, using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Change bed linens, organise wardrobes, and ensure all personal belongings are handled with care.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or polishing as required.
- Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and fittings to remove dirt and cobwebs.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for clients.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the relevant department promptly.
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organising clothing or linens.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a conscientious approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to organisational guidelines.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Respectful attitude towards clients’ property and privacy.

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
