We’re on the hunt for a shiny new Property Inspector to become a key member of our maintenance family. They will work closely with our maintenance and property management team to ensure the quality of property portfolio.

Some of your shiny new responsibilities with us will include, but not limited to:
- Liaise with occupiers, landlords, agents, contractors and the maintenance team
- Arrange and manage property inspections
- Upload documents onto the database
- Complete property inspection and update company systems
- New property checks to ensure they are up to standard and ready to be offered
- Complaint inspection
- ASB concerns
- Disrepair issues
- Inspection after maintenance work completed to ensure satisfactory to return to the landlord
Who you will be:
- Articulate

- Strong multi-tasker
- Highly organised
- A self-starter with strong prioritisation skills
- Excellent trouble-shooter
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate
- Full, clean UK driving licence
