Our team play a vital role in delivering the guest experience Society is known for. They work hard on the floor, support the team during service, and do everything they can to ensure a genuinely excellent hospitality experience is given to our guests.
The Role
As bar/floor staff you will:
- Work sections of the floor or bar during busy shifts
- Delivering high standards of service
- Help ensure smooth and efficient service, even during peak times
- Support with cash handling, stock monitoring, and health & safety checks
- Bring energy and positivity to every shift, setting the tone for the team
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to have fun in a busy, product led environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a front-of-house or bar role within a busy hospitality setting
- Positive, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Confident supporting a team during high-volume service
- Craft beer or premium drinks knowledge is a bonus — or enthusiasm to learn

Pay: £13.40 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
