Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensure operational efficiency, and lead teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership and operational management skills.

Requirements:
- Experience in site operations, construction, facilities, manufacturing, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project or site management systems is an advantage.
