About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, confident and personable Front of House & Client Experience Coordinator to join Veil & Véu, luxury destination wedding planners.
This is a key client-facing role where you will manage wedding enquiries, lead consultation calls, oversee client onboarding and administration, and support the planning and delivery of luxury destination weddings.
You will also help build and improve our client systems using Dubsado, create polished client documents and itineraries in Canva, and assist with wedding planning and on-the-ground delivery (including 3–5 destination trips per year).
No prior wedding planning experience is required—just strong organisation skills, confidence with clients, and a genuine passion for events, luxury service, and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and responding to client enquiries
- Conducting discovery and consultation calls with couples
- Supporting sales and booking conversions
- Client onboarding, contracts and administrative processes
- Building workflows, templates and automations in Dubsado
- Creating client itineraries, proposals and documents in Canva
- Supporting wedding planning and coordination tasks
- Assisting with destination wedding travel (3–5 trips per year)
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients on calls and email
- Professional, polished and personable
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in PA, EA, sales, hospitality or events (desirable)
- Comfortable learning new systems and software
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
- Interest in weddings, events or luxury hospitality
