Job Description - Customer Host, Office Based
Our Customer host is our on the floor face of Gilbanks throughout the day to day operations within our offices. You will be working alongside the Front of House to complete day to day operations.
A Day At Gilbanks
● Provide a professional welcome and quality delivery of services to all customers and visitors of Gilbanks
● Check in and handover with Front of House Receptionist and General Manager
● Establish tasks and priorities for the day
● Maintaining meticulous cleanliness of all office and communal areas on a consistent basis throughout the day
● To liaise with FOH to complete meeting room set up, refreshments, food plating and presentation
A range of Daily/ Weekly Tasks including
● Clean/polish wood work and tables
● High and low level dusting
● Clean glass interior and exterior
● Dust plants and remove dead leaves
● Wipe down all leather and pods
● Deep clean of dishwashers
● Stock order & Delivery
● Spot cleaning of carpets/furniture
● Descaling of coffee machine

Front of House & General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer focused individual who prides themselves on going above and beyond with meticulous attention to detail. Being a team player is fundamental to this role, excellent communication skills are essential.
