We are currently looking to recruit a full time Night RN for our Nursing Home in the Broadstone area.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse
- Assists with the assessment of nursing care needs.
- Plans deliver and evaluate individual care/treatment plans in consultation with Service Users, their relatives and the Care Team.
- Conducts risk assessments.
- Supervises care staff in the delivery of high standards of care/treatment to achieve planned goals.
- Assists with staff scheduling to ensure adequate people are available to meet requirements.
- Participates in care staff supervisions and reviews and assists with the induction and orientation of new care staff
- Maintains the safe custody, administration, dispensing and storage of medication according to NMC Administration of Medication.
- Participates in clinical audit / quality / continuous improvement processes.
- Ensures professional integrity and accountability, working at all times within the Nursing and Midwifery Councils ‘Code of Professional Conduct’ and any other service-specific Codes of Practice.

We are a family run nursing home in Broadstone, Poole with an outstanding reputation for care in the local community. We have been providing all aspects of nursing care in Poole for over 45 years and we now recruiting staff for our purpose built home.
The Home is run by our manager, Laura, and a team of dedicated staff with a number of relevant qualifications. The home has also gained Gold Standards Framework accreditation (GSF), 'Platinum' status, for implementing improved coordination and organisation to deliver better outcomes in line with residents needs and preferences for their end of life care. The home has an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission.
