Job Summary:
Berrioseys Creative & Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Supervisor to coordinate online campaigns, support the marketing team, and improve digital performance across multiple channels.
This role is suitable for a digital marketing professional with experience in campaign delivery, team coordination, performance reporting, and customer engagement. You will help manage daily marketing activities across SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, and content.
What you'll do:
- Supervise the daily activities of the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, and content campaigns.
- Manage campaign calendars, deadlines, budgets, and priorities.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
- Prepare clear reports and recommend practical improvements.
- Work with designers, writers, developers, and account teams.
- Support campaign planning, testing, and audience targeting.
- Review website and landing-page performance.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital channels.
- Allocate tasks and support team development.
- Coordinate client updates and campaign requirements.
- Improve marketing workflows and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, or content marketing.
- Good communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage several campaigns and deadlines.
- Comfortable reviewing data and preparing performance reports.
- Experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms is helpful.
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is beneficial.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Pay: £3,100.00-£4,300.00 per month
