To portray festive characters in an immersive theatrical environment. Must be enthusiastic, audience-focused, and capable of staying in character throughout group interactions. Experience in family-friendly or immersive theatre a plus. Full training provided. Principal Elves create magical memories for Farmer Folk through a range of musical theatre, immersive scripted theatre, street theatre, improvisation and meet and greets, while maintaining character and staying true to narrative.
Efficient and effective delivery of the experience is of the utmost importance to the roles, ensuring that show times do not overrun and that character schedules are consistent in delivery.
