Just 20 minutes from Edinburgh City Centre, on the outskirts of Kirkliston, lies a realm where nightmares crawl to life and screams echo in the dark. Each year, over 250,000 thrill-seekers cross our gates, lured by our children's adventure park and soft play by day and our blood-chilling seasonal events by night. From spine-tingling trails to heart-pounding scares, we exist to terrify, thrill, and delight—leaving guests with memories they’ll never forget (no matter how hard they try).
The Role: Non-Acting Events Team
Join our Event Team and become part of one of the biggest scare events in Edinburgh. We’re looking for bold, energetic team members to help deliver a night packed with screams, chaos, and unforgettable terror.
As part of the team, you’ll help manage our visitors throughout the night —welcoming guests into the horror and supporting the flow of the event,. Every shift puts you right in the middle of the action, so customer service is key to the success of these roles.

When we need you..
You must be available for these dates:
- Training: October 13th 1pm - 5pm (learn the dark arts)
- Event Nights: October 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st 5.30pm - 11.30pm
What we need you to do:
- Deliver a bone-chillingly high level of care (because even terrified guests deserve service with a smile)
- Welcome guests… and check their tickets to the event
- Direct and control the crowd as they wander deeper into the fun.
- Keep our haunted grounds eerily spotless
- Pulse guests into our Scare mazes and check wristbands
- Guide lost souls in the car park (the scariest place of all)
What We Need From You:
- This role is strictly 18+
- Boundless energy.
- A true love for interacting with guests and making fear fun
- Experience in Customer Service would be beneficial but not essential
- Commitment to every date— we don’t take nights off
