Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or bar service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using clear communication and attentive listening
- Serve drinks and meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times to uphold hygiene standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management to provide prompt service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout your shift
- Assist in setting up or clearing tables as needed to support smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar roles is preferred but not essential—training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and serving procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
