About The Role:
As a Retail Events Assistant, you'll be working face-to-face with customers in busy retail locations and event environments throughout Birmingham.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Representing our clients at retail events and promotional campaigns
- Providing information about products and services
- Creating positive customer experiences
- Building confidence in communication and presentation skills
- Working closely with experienced team leaders and mentors
- Contributing towards individual and team goals
No previous experience is required as full training is provided.
