Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established team at one of Scotland’s leading digital print companies. DTP Southfield is looking for the right person to join their growing team to assist with customer account management and print estimation. You will be working closely with an experienced team and so full training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing estimates to customer enquiries
- Managing print orders into production
- Building trusted relationships with customers via phone and e-mail contact
- Processing online orders
- Assisting with telephone answering, invoice processing and other office duties when required
Job Type / Category
This is a full time role (Monday to Friday 9-5).
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience in a similar role is preferred. You will be confident and comfortable speaking and listening to customers to build relationships. It is essential that you are confident using computers and different software packages and have a good level of numeracy and literacy.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
