About Us
Urban Martial Arts Schools is a family-run, independent business that’s been proudly delivering high-quality martial arts training in our community for over 10 years. We’re passionate about creating a welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities — and now we’re excited to welcome a new team member to help us continue growing.
The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic and reliable Martial Arts Coach to join our growing team at Urban Martial Arts Schools.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for martial arts, enjoy working with people and be motivated by helping others develop, achieve their goals and grow in confidence.
As an Urban Coach, you’ll work with members of different ages and abilities, from young children taking their first steps into martial arts through to teenagers and adults. You’ll deliver high-quality, engaging and structured martial arts classes, helping members develop their technical ability while also building confidence, discipline, resilience and self-belief.
You’ll play an important role in creating the positive, supportive and energetic environment we pride ourselves on at Urban, while encouraging members to progress through their martial arts journey.
We’re not simply looking for someone who can teach martial arts, we’re looking for someone who can coach, motivate, inspire and become a positive role model for our members.
