About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join our busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong automotive parts knowledge and outstanding customer service skills to contribute to a fast-paced dealership/workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries (in person, over the phone, and via email)
- Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts accurately and efficiently
- Processing orders, invoices, and payments
- Managing stock control, goods in/out, and inventory checks
- Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure timely parts supply
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
- Achieving departmental sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and cataloguing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate with experience using dealer management systems
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Previous experience preferred but not essential
