Ben’s Fire & Feast – Hackenthorpe, Sheffield
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Cashier / Front of House Assistant to join our busy team at Ben’s Fire & Feast in Hackenthorpe.

Duties include:
- Greeting and serving customers with a friendly attitude.
- Taking orders in person and over the telephone.
- Operating the till and handling cash/card payments accurately.
- Packing takeaway and delivery orders to a high standard.
- Basic food handling and assisting with food preparation where required.
- Ensuring orders are accurate before they leave the shop.
- Keeping the front-of-house area clean, tidy and well presented.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, positive and reliable.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Good attention to detail.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or food service is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be aged 17 or over (insurance requirements).
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to travel to Hackenthorpe for shifts.
