Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Officer to support the delivery of projects that make a real difference across Mid Suffolk.
You will play a key role in coordinating and supporting projects, working with a range of partners and stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively and meet the needs of our clients. The role involves project coordination, monitoring performance, supporting funding requirements, and engaging with the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects in line with organisational priorities.
- Work collaboratively with partners, funders and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor project performance, outputs and outcomes against agreed targets.
- Assist with funding applications, reporting and contract requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records, data and documentation.
- Support budget monitoring and ensure value for money.
- Contribute to outreach, engagement and promotional activities.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management and the Trustee Board.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with Citizens Advice aims, policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A strong communicator, able to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data, monitoring outcomes and producing reports.
- Experienced in project support, administration or service delivery (desirable).

Pay: £27,515.00 per year
