receptionist- DENTAL PRACTICE – Northwich, Cheshire.
This is a Part-time position. 1-2days per week/ Bank receptionist
Salary from £12000-£15000 per anum and is negotiable, depending upon the candidate's experience.
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our independently owned, 3 surgery dental practice.
The practice is currently going through an exciting period of change and expansion, and so the role will involve leading and supporting our team, along with elements of business development and patient treatment co-ordination.
We are ambitious, driven and focused. You will bring your initiative, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to make a success of this role.
Our practice has an excellent reputation in the local area and has been providing quality dentistry to the local community for over 30 years.
Our team consists of long-standing nursing and reception staff, along with experienced dentists with a broad clinical skill-mix. You will strive to build a strong rapport with both our team and our patients. Alongside our team, you will aim to continue to maintain our high standards of patient care, with a desire to develop and improve the service we are offering on a daily basis.
We are looking for an efficient, organised and motivated individual, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
The practice:
- Fully computerised
- Access to advanced restorative, oral surgery procedures and dental implants.
- Currently offering Invisalign but will be offering other systems in future.
- Dental implants.

Job Description:
receptionist dental nurse will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and daily running of the practice to ensure our patients receive the highest standards of care.
- Managing the day-to-day running of a fast-paced NHS and Private practice.
- Front densk duties, may be required to work in the surgery as required by practice.
- Strong commercial and business awareness in both NHS and Private dental sectors.
- Handling patient queries and replies in line with our Practice ethos.
- General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and security.
- Supporting the team to develop their knowledge and skills to enhance performance.
- take payments via ATM and phone.
- Marketing and promotion
