We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a highly regarded independent pub in the Cotswolds, known for its exceptional food, warm hospitality and high standards.
Working closely with the management team, you will help lead the day-to-day restaurant operation and ensure every guest receives genuinely warm, professional and knowledgeable service.
The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager can bring the same passion and attention to detail to the front of house.
Assistant Restaurant Manager requirements
- Previous proven experience in a similar Assistant Restaurant Manager role
- References from previous employers
- An Assistant Restaurant Manager who can lead and support the front-of-house team during service, maintaining consistently high standards.
- An Assistant Restaurant Manager to train, motivate and develop hospitality team members, working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, professional service.
