We're looking for an organised and proactive People Team Assistant to join our friendly People Team. Supporting colleagues across the University, you'll provide high-quality HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining employee records and responding to queries. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play an important part in delivering an efficient, professional and customer-focused service.
About You
You'll have previous administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Confident using Microsoft Office applications, you'll be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with a wide range of people and handle sensitive information with discretion. A positive, flexible approach and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential. Experience in HR, Higher Education or a relevant qualification would be advantageous.
