We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Production & Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced branding and printing business, where you’ll help manufacture, pack and prepare luxury personalised products for dispatch.
No two days are the same, and you’ll be involved in a variety of production tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and produce personalised products to a high standard
- Operate production equipment and machinery (full training provided)
- Prepare, package and quality check customer orders before dispatch
- Pick and organise stock for daily production
- Receive, unload and store deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management
- Help meet daily production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Support general warehouse duties as required
- Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day
- Basic IT skills are beneficial
- Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided

Pay: £300.00 per hour
