We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Montigo Resorts at Charlton House to provide exceptional cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. This role is essential in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock amenities and supplies as needed to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the establishment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties efficiently throughout the shift.
