We are an independent brunch and speciality coffee shop based in the centre of York. We use fresh, local ingredients to create our brunch dishes along with a huge array of cakes and bakes. This is paired with some beautifully crafted coffees from Dark Arts coffee, roasted in London. Our staff are friendly and always provide great service no matter how busy it gets!
Job description
We pride ourselves on creating amazing brunches, using high quality ingredients cooked fresh to order. We like to change our menu with the seasons and are always looking for new and delicious brunch ideas.
We are looking for:
- someone with a passion for excellent food
-professional experience
-drive and enthusiasm to work as a team to create amazing dishes
-clean, tidy and organised
-good knowledge of allergens and food safety
