Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Van Driver to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for picking up goods from various locations and delivering them to our shop. Duties
- Safely operate a commercial van to deliver packages, supplies, or equipment across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo with care, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety for yourself and others on the road
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver preferred, with a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations
- Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting and physical activity associated with loading and unloading cargo
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license, commercial driving license (CDL) is advantageous but not mandatory
- Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation tools to ensure timely deliveries
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE A CLASS 7 VAN
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
