We’re looking for a committed Sales Assistant to bring the Henri-Lloyd experience to life in our new store in Gunwharf Quays Portsmouth.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the store management team in the day-to-day operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial performance. You will play a key role in representing the Henri-Lloyd brand and building strong customer relationships.
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive store sales and KPI performance and achieve commercial targets on shift.
- Ensure the store reflects the premium Henri-Lloyd brand standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- About you
- We are looking for someone who brings both retail experience and a passion for the outdoors or sailing culture. You will ideally have:
- Experience working in a luxury brand.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in sailing, marine environments or outdoor performance apparel (desirable but not essential)
