Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and committed leader to become the Registered Manager of our brand-new children’s residential home in Silsden, West Yorkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step into their first Registered Manager position. We also welcome applications from experienced Registered Managers looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to build and lead a home from the very beginning.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding standards of care and full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Regulations.
You will recruit, develop, and inspire a dedicated team, creating a positive culture where children feel safe, valued, and supported to reach their full potential.
Essential Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or currently working towards it where appropriate).
* Significant experience working within a children’s residential home.
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and children’s legislation.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
