Bartender & Mixologist – XP Tavern, London
Pay: £28,500 per year + service charge
XP Tavern is a growing hospitality venue in London with a strong focus on quality drinks and guest experience. We're looking for a talented bartender and mixologist who, as part of a small close-knit team, will also take ownership of bar operations — from ordering to stock management.
We're developing an original cocktails menu — creative, ingredient-led, and with its own identity. We want someone who can contribute to that, not just execute standard recipes.
What you'll do
- Mix and serve original cocktails with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency
- Take ownership of bar ordering, stock management, and supplier liaison
- Build and maintain the drinks menu including seasonal updates
- Greet and serve guests on the floor when required
- Handle payments and work the POS system accurately
- Keep the bar clean, well-stocked, and presented to a high standard
What we're looking for
- Strong bartending and mixology experience — you have a genuine passion for drinks
- Comfortable taking responsibility for bar operations in a small team environment
- Familiar with ordering, stock control, and working with suppliers
- Happy to work on the floor and interact directly with guests when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and happy to work evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
