The Senior Joint Venture (JV) Account Manager is a pivotal role within the UK Offshore Renewables Business, reporting to the EA Hub Asset Manager.
This position is to assist the EA Hub Asset Manager to manage intercompany agreements with JVs ensuring the fulfilment of contract obligations as a Service Provider, They will be a key contact for JV partners and will assist in the associated governance processes for the operational assets . Working clos ely with the rest of the Operations and Maintenance team to ensure they are aware of all key activities within the operational windfarms ensuring this is correctly messaged to JV partners .
The role also involves managing the contractual and commercial risks, seeking opportunities to enhance intercompany contract performance, and collaborating closely with teams from Construction, Operations, Legal, Insurance and Finance.
