About the role
As a Repairs Planning Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service they deserve. Working closely with our Repairs Team and Contact Centre colleagues, you'll help coordinate repair appointments, manage planning activities, and act as a key link between customers and operatives.
No two days are the same. You'll need to balance multiple priorities, communicate effectively with a wide range of people, and remain calm and professional in a fast-moving environment. In return, you'll gain valuable experience, ongoing support, and opportunities to further develop your customer service career within a growing organisation.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the smooth delivery of our repairs service through effective planning and coordination.

Building positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors.

Communicating updates clearly and empathetically to customers.

Managing appointments, schedules, and administrative processes to ensure excellent service delivery.

Working collaboratively across teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.

Contributing to performance targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Has experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within a Contact Centre or service-based setting.
