Salary Range Disclosure:
The expected salary range for this position is £85,819 - £113,495 per annum. Compensation decisions are made in alignment with our compensation philosophy and are based on a variety of factors, including market data, experience, and skills. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation and benefits, where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of client projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Drive the adoption and adherence to a globally consistent Professional Services Automation (PSA) process, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
- Evaluate and optimize the performance and utilization of technical consultants within projects, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address project issues, facilitate solution development, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in scoping, estimation, and qualification of Statements of Work (SOW), working closely with the SOW team to align project objectives and resources.
- Liaise with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Operation teams to streamline project implementation, billing processes, and resource management.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive project success and enhance team effectiveness, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with 10+ years similar industry experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in a Professional Services environment, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
