Job Title: Local Business Development & Partnerships Rep (Part-Time)
Location: Nottingham & surrounding areas (Field-based / Local travel required)
Hours: Part-time minimum-(2–3 days per week, flexible hours) Also open to full time for the right candidate.
Pay: £13–£15/hr (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission on leads and closed jobs
About the Role
We are an established local home energy and improvement installation business with a 20-year track record. We don’t do "hard sells" we provide genuine, high-value advice, solutions and delivery that help homeowners transform and future-proof their properties.
We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Business Development & Partnerships Representative to be the face of our business in the local community. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for a natural communicator who loves meeting new people and building relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building Local Partnerships (B2B): Approaching and building referral networks with local estate agents, architects, surveyors, and energy assessors.
- Community Outreach (B2C): Identifying and running local lead-generation initiatives, including targeted local canvassing and attending high-footfall community events.
- Booking Surveys: Introducing our services to interested homeowners and booking them in for a free home survey with our technical team.
- Creating Opportunities: Coming up with fresh, creative ideas, localised offers, and new "ways in" to the market to proactively hunt down new business.
