We’re looking for a Home Manager to lead a well-regarded residential care home in Bognor Regis.
This is a home with a strong reputation, a committed team, and a culture where good leadership is noticed and valued.
You’ll have the autonomy to run the home properly, make decisions, build on what’s already working, and lead a team that wants to do things the right way.
You won’t be left on your own either.

The package includes:

What they’re looking for:
- Experience as a Home Manager, or a strong Deputy ready to step up
- Background in residential care for older people
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of compliance and care standards
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it
This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to keep the plates spinning.
