The Property Place are a busy city centre sales and lettings agents covering the Salford and Manchester areas. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual that will work well within a small team.
You must be confident when dealing with the general public, have excellent time management, and a pro-active attitude towards designated tasks.
A full clean UK drivers licence is required and you must have your own suitable vehicle. You will be entitled to a petrol allowance.
Must be ok with small dogs as we have an office dog (6 years old) called Pippa.
General duties will include:
Coordinating maintenance issues with contractor's and landlords
Move In and Move Out Inspections
Occasional property viewings
General office administration
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service background with a confident and friendly telephone manner. Previous experience preferred in a lettings or estate agent field, although not essential.
