Responding to technical enquiries from existing customers and providing practical, professional support
Undertaking pre-mobilisation activities including risk assessments, method statements, and technical planning

Protection relay testing, upgrades, and associated reporting
Workshop-based service, inspection, and preparation activities
Leading safely on-site when working with subcontractors or client teams
Completing technical reports, service documentation, and expense submissions accurately and on time
Participating in out-of-hours call-out activities when required
The employer reserves the right to vary duties in line with operational requirements.
