As part of our Accommodation Crew, you’ll help keep our hotel looking sharp, stylish, and guest-ready at all times. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and seriously important to the guest experience. Your Mission
You’re the behind-the-scenes hero making sure every guest walks into a room that feels fresh, welcoming, and totally Moxy. You’ll help keep standards sky-high while working alongside a crew that knows how to work hard and keep the good vibes going.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To
- Room Refresh Pro – Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to Moxy brand standards, making sure everything looks spotless and stylish.
- Detail Obsessed – Replenishing amenities, checking presentation, and making sure every space feels guest-ready.
- Public Space Pride – Helping maintain cleanliness and appearance across guest and back-of-house areas when needed.
- Team Energy – Working closely with the wider hotel crew to keep operations running smoothly.
- Keeping It Moving – Managing daily tasks efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Who You Are
- Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in a job well done
- Comfortable working in a physical and active role
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is great, but not essential
- Great attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Available for casual / part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
