Greenkeeper- Seasonal Worker
£12.80 per hour plus tips
Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Greenkeeper to maintain our golf courses at the optimum level. The successful candidate will be exposed to cleaning and lawn maintenance chemicals and all-weather conditions, as well as prolonged periods of standing and/or walking and operating heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Mow and treat greens, tees, aprons, approaches to greens and rough areas.
- Bunker maintenance
- Woodland management
- Maintain ponds, lakes and waterways
- Aerifies and spikes greens
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by mechanic or assistant, to include replacing fuel and oil and daily cleaning, reporting equipment problems or failures and properly storing equipment.
