What You'll Be Doing
As a Community Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to customers in their own homes, including:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting customers with medication
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household duties
- Supporting customers to attend appointments or access their local community
- Completing accurate electronic care records using our mobile care system
Every visit you make will help someone remain independent and improve their quality of life.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
Experience in care is welcome but not essential. We provide full paid training and ongoing support.
