Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations, ensuring all guest services are delivered efficiently and professionally
- To maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve their best performance
- Manage inventory of wet stock , cleaning supplies, and guest amenities to ensure availability and proper stock levels
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant operations or hospitality management with a focus on guest service excellence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff
- Knowledge of janitorial practices and cleanliness standards within a hospitality setting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
