About Us - We are a busy, well-established vehicle body repair centre looking for an experienced and motivated All-Round Bodyshop Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who can work across multiple aspects of vehicle repair and refinishing to a high standard.
The Role - The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the repair process, including:
- Vehicle preparation and masking
- Priming and flatting
- Paint spraying and refinishing
- Colour matching and blending
- Panel preparation and minor repairs
- Polishing and finishing work
- Maintaining high quality standards throughout repairs
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and organised
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
Requirements
- Previous experience within a vehicle bodyshop environment
- Proven painting and preparation experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Knowledge of modern paint systems and repair techniques
