DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll support a flagship collection of 71 beautifully designed apartments and penthouses in Belgravia, created by Squire and Partners. This is a calm, high-end environment with a 24-hour concierge, private gym and landscaped gardens, where outstanding service and immaculate presentation are the norm. You’ll work closely with a professional on-site team and discerning residents, with Victoria and Sloane Square stations within easy reach.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will take ownership of the development’s planned and reactive maintenance, keeping building systems, plant and communal spaces operating safely and looking their best. You’ll complete inspections, resolve minor faults, support contractors and keep clear records, all while delivering a friendly, responsive service to residents and the concierge team.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Residents consistently compliment your prompt, courteous help and the development’s pristine condition.
- Planned maintenance is completed on time with accurate records and minimal disruption.
- Reactive issues are diagnosed quickly, resolved safely and escalated appropriately.
- Communal areas, back-of-house spaces and gardens are clean, tidy and hazard-free.
- Building systems run smoothly with downtime reduced through proactive checks.
- You collaborate seamlessly with concierge, management and contractors, communicating clearly at every step.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Completing daily and weekly building checks across plant rooms, life-safety systems and communal areas.
- Carrying out PPM tasks and minor repairs, including lighting, basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating.
- Monitoring BMS/plant equipment, reporting irregularities and taking first-line corrective action.
- Keeping estates areas immaculate: bin stores, pathways, signage, stores and back-of-house.
- Coordinating access for contractors, escorting when required and verifying RAMS/permits are in place.
- Updating logs, inventories and the CAFM system so information is accurate and up to date.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Maintenance experience in residential blocks, premium estates or 5-star hotels.
- Hands-on exposure to PPM schedules and troubleshooting for HVAC, pumps and controls.
- Familiarity with health and safety in a live environment, including RAMS and permits to work.
- Using CAFM systems, digital checklists and stock management.
- Basic trade skills across plumbing, electrical replacements, carpentry and painting.
