- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new UK accounts to grow territory base of active stylists
- Proactively sell and promote foundation and advanced hair extension training courses
- To proactively promote and sell associated hair extensions and associated products
- To process incoming orders and proactively sell products and services
- To resolve customer service queries
- To produce reports on territory performance for the Manager
Desired experience
- working within a sales and customer service environment meeting tight deadlines and targets
- working with sage and crm systems
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills by phone and email
The position attracts monthly commission
