Summary
Join McKays Hotel Bar & Restaurant as a Hotel Receptionist in Pitlochry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service that reflects our commitment to hospitality and local culture. Your contribution will help create memorable experiences for our visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle phone calls with excellent etiquette.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and billing.
- Assist in organising events or special requests as needed.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel reception or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly demeanour with a professional attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of reservation systems is preferred.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
