We are hiring a part-time Sales & Operations Executive with strong experience in the UK security industry, including manned guarding, K9 units, and SIA compliance. This role is ideal for someone confident, organised, and driven to help grow our security business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and secure new clients (commission paid per client).
- Support daily operations.
- Liaise with SIA officers, supervisors, and dog handlers.
- Assist with scheduling, rostering, and compliance.
- Handle client queries, site visits, and service improvements.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in the UK security industry.
- Strong understanding of SIA regulations and officer deployment.
- Proven sales or business development experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Driving licence preferred.
Benefits
