Part-Time Property Auction Administrator
Salary: £15 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Swansea Office/remote
About the Role
We are a growing property auction company covering South Wales and are looking for an organised, reliable and professional administrator to support our day-to-day operations.
This is a varied role involving customer service, property administration, sales progression and compliance support. You will work closely with our team and communicate regularly with sellers, buyers, solicitors and other property professionals.
Previous property or legal administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the shared email inbox and handle routine telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare Memorandums of Sale and manage documents and correspondence between buyers, sellers and solicitors.
- Upload property details and keep CRM records complete, accurate and up to date.
- Assist with Anti-Money Laundering, owner verification and property compliance checks, including checking identification, supporting documents and Land Registry titles.
- Send routine follow-up correspondence, manage scheduling and provide general administrative support.
- Undertake other reasonable administrative duties to support the team and the continued growth of the business.

- Able to follow procedures and recognise when an issue needs to be escalated.
- Good IT skills and confidence using email, CRM and general office systems.
- Able to work independently while remaining part of a supportive team.
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Estate agency or property auctions.
- Property sales progression.
- Conveyancing or legal administration.
- Anti-Money Laundering or property compliance.
- Customer service or office administration.
- Welsh language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
