Hanson & Beards Ltd established 1972 are a UK leading manufacturer of high-performance timber fire doors & door sets.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing role operating a hot press.
Training will be provided, but we require an individual familiar with the materials and process.
Key Responsibilities-
· Have the ability to work quickly & safely to meet production targets.
· Able to follow procedures such as consistently scanning of work.
· Must be able to work as part of a team & indirectly supervised when required.
· Ensure a clean & tidy working area
· Assist in other work areas when required
· Must be physically fit as some lifting is required as part of your role.

· Excellent time keeping and attitude.
· Able to work in a fast-moving environment.
· Able to multi-task.
· Ability to use initiative.
· Be able to work overtime as/when the business requires
Following successful completion of your probation review, you will then be entitled to receive the following benefits:

Hours of work: Monday to Wednesday 07:00 until 17:00 – Thursday 7:00 – 16:45 (36.75 hours a week).
Holiday entitlement – 17 days per annum (increasing with service).
*Bank Holidays in addition to this.
